Cancel a subscription

Two ways, both of them final the moment you use them. Nothing here asks you to sign in.

On this device

This browser already knows which profile is yours, so the billing portal can do everything at once: cancel, restart, change card, download receipts.

With your email address

Use this if you paid on a device you no longer have. The address you paid with is all we need.

We will not tell you whether that address has a subscription, because anyone could type anyone's address in. Either way the next payment stops and nothing already paid for is lost.

  • ·Cancelling stops the next payment. There is no fee and no notice period.
  • ·Your profile, your streak and every round you have played stay exactly as they are. Pro is the only thing that ends.
  • ·Changed your mind? Subscribe again from the Pro page whenever you like, at the same price.
